2014/2015 - NORTH CAROLINA FOLK ART
Shannon Vought is one our highschool language assistants. I invited her to tell us something about art or related to our subject in her country and she has chosen FOLK ART. She says:"Here is my presentation for the art class. I chose Folk art which is a quite broad genre, but quite interesting. I included a video and an activity as well as a bunch of examples to inspire the students. It´s a really interesting style of art because it highlights artists who have had no classical training and use different types of mediums to create their pieces.
I hope you enjoy the presentation as much as I did researching this type of art! "
